By deploying our monitoring systems and automation analytics, you enter into a binding agreement with Lotus Flow Intelligence. This document governs the digital landscape of our partnership.

1. Acceptance of the Digital Framework
Welcome to LotusFlowIntelligence.digital. These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between the user ("Client," "Visitor," or "Entity") and Lotus Flow Intelligence, located at Sukhumvit Road 330, Bangkok. By accessing our monitoring systems or data automation portals, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these provisions.
If you are using these services on behalf of a corporation, you represent that you possess the legal authority to bind said corporation to these terms. Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate termination of access to our real-time analytics platform.
2. Automated Usage & Data Integrity
Our monitoring solutions are designed for high-availability enterprise environments. To maintain the equilibrium of our infrastructure, the following usage constraints apply:
- // Users may not deploy automated scraping tools or "bots" that exceed our standard API rate limits without written telemetry clearance.
- // Reversed engineering of our proprietary automation analytics algorithms is strictly prohibited.
- // All data uploaded for processing must be free of malicious payloads or obfuscated scripts designed to disrupt system equilibrium.

3. Ownership of Flow Intelligence
All content, including but not limited to monitoring systems interfaces, visual workflow designs, proprietary data automation models, and the "Lotus Flow" trademark, is the exclusive property of Lotus Flow Intelligence. Users are granted a revocable, non-exclusive license to view the data specifically generated for their unique environment.
Systemic Boundaries & Liability Control
Our real-time analytics are provided "as-is" and "as available." While our monitoring systems are architected for extreme precision, Lotus Flow Intelligence does not promise that the service will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted in the face of upstream telecommunication failures.
Liability Cap
Capped at the total amount paid during the preceding 12-month cycle.
Third-Party Flux
We are not responsible for fluctuations caused by external ISP outages.

4. Integration of External Data Sources
Our platform may include links to third-party automation software or diagnostic tools. Linkage does not equal endorsement. Lotus Flow Intelligence exercises no control over the privacy practices or content integrity of external monitoring ecosystems. We recommend reviewing the Privacy Policy to understand how data flows across these borders.
Modification Rights
Lotus Flow Intelligence reserves the right to modify these parameters at any telemetry cycle. Significant changes will be announced via the dashboard header 30 days prior.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any legal disputes arising from the usage of our real-time analytics or monitoring systems shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangkok.
By proceeding, you waive any right to a trial by jury in any proceeding related to these terms.
